LIBRARY2GO —
OVERDRIVE ACCESS
Are you a patron looking for help with your OverDrive account, the Libby app, or your holds? Please be sure to contact your home library directly — LEO is unable to access your account. You can look up their phone number in our member directory!
LEO manages access for the Library2Go accounts for Eastern Oregon public libraries through the Oregon Digital Library Consortium. Library2Go offers a collection of more than 30,000 ebooks and downloadable audio books. Through the LEO group discount, the participating public libraries receive Library2Go at a substantial discount based on overall population served by the library; for the smallest libraries the annual fee is a few hundred dollars, rather than several thousand if the service was purchased by a single library. Patrons can access Library2Go 24/7 from any internet connection, using their library card.
LEO also maintains an Advantage account, prioritizing the reduction of wait times for member library patrons by investing in additional copies of high-hold and high-demand titles and ensuring member libraries have an avenue for purchasing additional materials for their own patrons. With a small premium services fee, LEO member libraries can also have their own library-specific Advantage account. The premium services fee is directly re-invested in the greater LEO Advantage account. For additional information on LEO's Advantage program, please see the OverDrive Advantage Policy [PDF].
Through LEO's Advantage account, beginning May 1, 2024, cardholders at all LEO member libraries will have access to magazines through the Libby app. Unlike ebooks and audiobooks, magazines are always available, with no holds and no limits. Feel free to browse through the more than 4,000 titles available!
School libraries in the LEO service area with an OverDrive account are eligible to connect to the ODLC collection via the Sora app using OverDrive's Public Library Connect program. Schools, please feel free contact LEO, the ODLC, or OverDrive with any questions.

In addition, LEO member libraries are welcome to use the customizable Libby log-on help handouts developed by Board Member Stephanie Partida of the Athena Public Library, available in PDF and .pub formats.
